Standard Menu:
• Beef and chicken fajitas, with onions and bell peppers
• Traditional refried beans and Mexican rice
• Guacamole, sour cream and cheese
• Mexican Inn chips and salsa
• Lemonade and iced tea, with accompaniments
• Homemade pecan pralines
• Tableware: plastic plates, cups and cutlery packets
Services:
• Servers provided for one hour at no additional charge
• Red-skirted service tables
• All necessary equipment and personnel
• Cleanup of service area

Pricing:
• $10.95 per plate
• $6.95 per child plate (12 & under)
