Founder and CEO Chris Carroll is proud of the growth of Spring Creek Barbeque and Carroll Family Restaurants. What began in 1980 with one Spring Creek Barbeque location now includes 42 restaurants including Spring Creek Barbeque, Mexican Inn Cafe, and Shady Oak Barbeque & Grill. Chris believes that our company's greatest strength is its people.

WE BELIEVE IN GIVING BACK
Spring Creek Barbeque and Carroll Family Restaurants have donated to hundreds of charity organizations, focusing on youth sports groups, schools, teachers, churches and community outreach and service programs. We average over $2.5 million in annual donations.
SPRING CREEK SPIRIT NIGHTS
We currently work with elementary schools only (pre-K through 6th grade).
Schools should be within 5 miles of your community’s Spring Creek Barbeque location.
We offer 20% of all net sales from 5-9pm to your school, if 15% of your school’s students are in attendance.
Each student 12 and under at the event will receive a special gift that evening.
All of the students and teachers in the top homerooms by attendance will receive a special prize from Spring Creek.
After the event, we will present the donation check and prizes at a school meeting.
We will custom design and deliver all materials needed to promote your school’s Spirit Night to students and families.
